CALLING ALL CRAFTERS AND SEWERS!
Come and work on your projects at Scrap and Sew
on Tuesdays! We’re calling it Crafter’s Day - bring
any UFO’s to work on and Tess will be here to assist you! Sewing, scrap booking, painting, we all have crafts we have not finished so bring them to Scrap and Sew for a fun day (away from the kids) and work on your project! Call ahead of time to
reserve your seat!
Class fee: $25 a month or $10 a week
Dates:
Nov. 12th, 19th & 26th and Dec. 3rd, 10th & 17th
Time:
10am-2pm (all dates)
We would love to have you there and we really hope it will benefit those of you with busy schedules who don't get to sew when you're at home! Bring some girlfriends, and have that once-a-week girls sewing day that you deserve!

 November Classes
TV Tray Pressing Board - taught by Katie Ringo
Learn
how to make your own portable pressing board using an old TV tray (or a
new one you can purchase at WalMart or Target). You can customize the
top fabric to your taste and style!
Beginner ~ Saturday November 2, 2013 10-11am
Beginn
 er Melt & Blend - taught by Katie Ringo
Pull out your old box of crayons and get ready to blend them together
to make dazzling appliqué pieces for your art quilts. This is a fun and
easy technique to master so you can paint your fabric appliqué shapes
the exact color you want. Learn how to blend colors together, layer
colors to create shading, add color to traced areas and enhance your
"painted" pieces with colored pencils and Pigma Pens.
Beginner ~ Saturday November 2, 2013 1-5pm
Scrappy Lone Starburst Pillow - Teri Morrow
Learn
the art of paper-piecing and create this beautiful scrappy lone
starburst pillow. It's as easy as following the numbers and sewing on
the lines. Who knows - maybe this pillow will inspire a quilt!
Beginner ~ Friday November 8th from 6-9pm

Garden Frolic - taught by Marcia Layton
Marcia
Layton has created another full size quilt in her "Frolic" line. Garden
Frolic showcases her darling Yo-yo critters embellished with rick rack
buttons and embroidery.
Confident Beginner
November 16th 10am-4pm
Speedy Christmas Tree Skirt - taught by Sandi Snow
Put your presents under the tree early this year with this adorable tree skirt. Since the pattern is free from Moda all you need is a jellyroll and a background fabric. Or use the kit we've made just for this project.
Confident Beginner Saturday November 23rd from 1-5pm
Versatile Wave Purse - taught by Sandi Snow
The
Versatile Wave purse is perfect for anyone who loves changing her style
without empting the contents of her purse. Make one zip-up bag and set
of handles then change the cover to express your moods or celebrate the
seasons.
Confident Beginner~ Sat. Dec 7, 1-5pm
